● MakeHaven moved its makerspace and expanded facilities at 770 State Street. ● The Grove improved communication systems and hired Nicole Jewell as Community Curator. ● The State House launched its web presence, signed a lease and began construction. ● Collaboratory completed its first Entrepreneurship Stories event series and workshop series. ● Ives Squared launched construction and completed Community Needs Assessment Workshops. ● Concepts for Adaptive Learning trained a cohort of 70 parents who are now prepared to aid their children in use of technology as part of their education, developing job skills in the process. ● Science Park Development Corp. is expanding its facilities to house Arvinas and other tenants and started a “Bagels, Biotech & Business” networking series in its Incubator. ● Mobile CSP training facility was prepared at Southern Connecticut State University. ● Economic Development Corporation hired Elinor Slomba as Implementation Manager. EDC also sponsored events that market New Haven as an innovation-friendly place, including Startup Grind and #StartupReady #NHV.
